The Creators HQ Co., Ltd., a property development company, has partnered with Vector Innovation Group (VIG) Taiwan and CG Technologies & Consulting, both of which are IT solutions providers. Together, these three companies have embarked on a joint venture to invest in the development of AI Data Centers, industrial estates, and residential properties. This initiative is aimed at supporting the relevant supply chain within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The estimated investment for this project is approximately USD 150,000,000, to be allocated over a three-year period from 2024 to 2026, subject to approval.
